Team Building
Overview
Authentic teamwork is built upon commitment, trust, collaboration, and competence—qualities that can be developed only with considerable effort over time. In order to realize success as a team, it’s important to understand and value the various contributions that each individual brings to the team, as well as to understand individual roles and purposes in the context of the larger picture. This workshop utilizes an active simulation designed to provide individuals and teams the opportunity to experience collaboration across internal and external boundaries.
