Personal Work Styles
Overview
People have unique methods for behaving in work and social situations, and they usually act routinely by repeating their adapted behaviors. The DISC assessment is a behavioral science model that examines and classifies how individuals interact in their environment by identifying their behavioral preferences. Prior to the workshop, participants will take the DISC assessment. Facilitators will then use this information to help them better understand their own behavior style and to prepare them to work more effectively with others.
