Motivating and Engaging Employees
Overview
This session is focused on the ongoing process involved in motivating and retaining employees, exploring the many factors that impact employee productivity and identifying those that are within the control of the manager. Managers will learn the relationship between employee engagement and company profitability and how they can directly influence employee satisfaction and retention. They will discover how to assess their ability to lead, motivate, and inspire employees.
