If you want your company to succeed, you have to put into place systems that allow your people to succeed—including essential human resource tools. Helping organizations develop a solid HR foundation is one of FlashPoint’s strengths, and no one does it better than Jeremy York. Jeremy began his career working in an HR department, and this firsthand experience helps him identify and understand clients’ needs. He focuses on analyzing HR operations, developing policies and procedures, building performance management programs, defining talent-acquisition needs and strategies, and creating onboarding programs. He also facilitates training on these and other topics.

Jeremy’s goal is to help organizations create an environment where people want to come to work every day; with his guidance, clients have improved employee relations, increased performance, and developed cultures based on mutual trust and respect.

Before FlashPoint
Jeremy discovered his passion for human resources while working as a manager for Edison Brothers Stores during college. From there he joined Golden Rule Insurance Company/United Healthcare as a human capital specialist and then PrincetonOne as a recruitment program manager. Through his experiences, Jeremy has gained an in-depth knowledge of employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, training, and other HR essentials.

Interesting Facts about Jeremy
Jeremy is the great-grandson of Sergeant Alvin C. York, one of World War I’s most decorated heroes and a Congressional Medal of Honor winner.
He received an award for being one of his university’s top 100 students.
In high school he was voted most likely to become an actor and appeared in musicals such as Bye Bye Birdie, Guys and Dolls, and Oklahoma!
