Jennifer focuses her consulting in the areas of workplace learning, performance management, and leadership development. Given her business background, she’s especially adept at helping organizations increase production, improve efficiencies, create and implement new systems, plan for future growth, and better serve customers. She also delivers training and development in the areas of employee engagement, performance management, teambuilding, and more. She is committed to learning and teaching about leadership and management and believes that everyone has the ability to be a good leader. In all aspects of her work, Jennifer takes great effort to understand clients’ questions and help them find answers, and she values her role as advocate and adviser.

Before FlashPoint
As a consultant and account executive in the healthcare and financial industries, Jennifer gained practical experience that she applies to her role at FlashPoint. Most recently she worked at the Levin Group/Levin Financial Services. She started there as a consultant, conducting market analysis and delivering training, and in her eight-year career she advanced to team leader, practice analyst, and eventually managing consultant, in charge of operations and client relations.

• Jennifer is a big football fan and feels that a part of her is missing between February and September.
