Overview
Communication is the foundation for all human interaction. From team building to leadership to customer service, communication skills are crucial for both personal and organizational effectiveness. In this workshop, participants will learn how to improve their communication skills in areas such as active listening, giving and receiving feedback, delivering the message, and nonverbal communication.
