About FlashPoint

Based in Indianapolis, FlashPoint was founded in 2002 by Krista Skidmore and Andrea Cranfill. The company has grown to include a diverse team of people with a broad range of experiences in talent management. We support clients with locations around the country (and some around the globe) with their talent management consulting needs.

In addition to serving our clients, we are committed to sharing our expertise and thought leadership at many regional and national conferences and association meetings to raise awareness and educate leaders on current issues and best practices. FlashPoint is especially dedicated to assisting human resources professionals with positioning themselves as strategic partners within their businesses. One of the ways in which we accomplish this is through leading an annual strategic human resource peer group.
